Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All auto parts orders will be processed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Large-size heavy parts (engine assemblies, wheels, bumpers, exhaust systems) require extra 1–2 days for reinforced packaging.

2. Shipping Time Frame

Standard international shipping: 12–28 business days, depends on destination country customs clearance speed.

Express fast shipping: 5–10 business days, available for small accessories (sensors, filters, light bulbs, gaskets).

We cannot guarantee exact delivery date due to unpredictable customs delays or logistics peak seasons.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on:
  • Item total weight & dimensions (auto metal parts are heavy and incur higher freight)
  • Your delivery country and region

    Free shipping threshold: Orders over $[填你的金额] qualify for free standard shipping (excluding oversized heavy car body parts).

4. Customs & Import Duties

All import tax, VAT, customs clearance fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover any customs charges held by local customs.

If your parcel is seized or returned by customs due to prohibited vehicle parts, return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

5. Parcel Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track real-time logistics status on our website tracking page.

6. Lost / Missing Parcel Solution

Contact us immediately if your tracking stops updating for over 15 days. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package.
  • If confirmed lost in transit: Resend identical auto parts free of charge or issue full product refund (shipping cost non-refundable).
  • Claims for lost parcels can only be filed after the maximum estimated delivery window expires.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some vehicle modification parts may have local import restrictions in certain countries. It is the buyer’s duty to confirm local laws before purchasing; we take no responsibility for customs confiscation.
